The staff is extremely rude the room next door was to me was extremely noisy and there dog would not stop barking made complaints to receptionist and told me if it keeps happen just let them know agin i let them know know 3 or 4 times ask for a new room and they told me they did not have one available when i made this complaint agin to the manger on duty today they told me there was lots of rooms available
