A fairly low-end facility; it’s actually a motel. You may notice the name says ‘hotel’, but it is not. First night we were up till 2 AM with loud music and noise coming from next room. We were not able to sleep much. They were having a party I suppose! Had to call front desk at that hour to speak with them. You hear, literally, every word spoken in the next room. There is no or little sound insulation. We smelled weeds in the parking lot several times. On another day, the morning breakfast area had empty shelves, even before the breakfast window closed. Apparently too many people took breakfast and supplies were over! The usual breakfast items are quite limited, anyway. The only think we liked was the room was clean. It was renovated in the past 2-3 years. There was no issue there.

Very enjoyable location.

The room was nice and comfortable. Viewing options on the tv were accommodating as well. The area is also very nice and quiet. Only thing that can use a slight improvement is the wifi connection but other than that everything was great. Maybe a later checkout time as the bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave.

it is not located on the woodsy estate that the pitchers make it look like. It is in the middle of the highway and there is plenty of noise to remind you of that. When checking in the girl was behind a plexiglass and the guy checking in smelled of cigarettes and seemed visibly drunk. After continuing to check in and walked outside to go to the room, there are some people yelling in the parking lot right outside of the office. The room did look nice but the lady I was with did not feel safe so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. So far ardsley acres has not contacted me at all about a potential refine for at least the second night.

I visit this place regularly for overnight stays with my girlfriend. We like that some of the rooms seem quaint and we enjoy cooking here. During my last visit I called ahead of time requestig 2 room numbers we like. Gave them to the female at reception. I arrive and ask if they are available and she’s like sorry they aren’t clean and we don’t take reservation. Business is slower than usual. Well if you have 2 regulars and they are requesting a room, maybe have it cleaned and ready to go so you’d have more repeat business. Such a turn off. Some of the rooms are nice and some are average. We like the place but deduct points for this one female and the way she talked to me.
