Very Good

The furnace sounded like a train engine. Very loud. The toilet needs servicing. The fan in the washroom didn’t exhaust very well. Other than that, very comfortable and quiet and great location.
Would absolutely never stay here again. This hotel is a joke. Furniture in the room was all ripped up, there was a big stain in the bedroom carpet, the fireplace didn’t work and the gym and sauna were closed without any previous warning. Staff were unhelpful. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and would urge anyone to avoid avoid avoid
Beautiful grounds, walkable to everything. Well equipped condo with all the supplies we need. Easy directions to access parking and room. I'd suggest placing a king bed in there instead of a queen. Drapes in the bedroom to block out pool lights and a different tolietpaper dispenser for it cut my husband's finger when he changed the roll.
Great property and nicely located but very expensive to park there usually parking spot is included at most places I have stayed at. Room was nice but dishwasher did not work, also issues with TV as it offered crave and other streaming but you could not log in to use.
Also no shower by pool or hot tub which is weird as you should shower before going in either.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Our unit (211) felt a bit small. Very expensive on-site parking (>$26/day). Needs some little things to make it more enjoyable: need more than four hangers in the closet; a note advising the stove burners work backwards, ie: setting 1 is hottest.
The Lodge is like many others in the area. Set up for the abuse of skis and gear. I wouldn’t recommend being on the hwy side as it is very noisy with the window open and the AC is loud with the window closed. The location is good as everything is walkable. The parking is good as well. Our unit was half of a shared.
