Not the best experience. I requested a few items that weren't delivered to the room, I was leaving the following day so I didn't bother reminding them. The facilities are quite old and some parts are broken (such as toilet tanks). I do have to admit, they have extremely comfy beds and the location is 10/10. Staff is also quite friendly :)
I have stayed at the property a few times and generally have a good experience and find the value for money good. The location is excellent and the staff are always very friendly. While unit I have stayed in in the past have been quite bright and have had a washer/dryer ensuite, this unit was smaller and quite dark with no view and no washer/dryer. A couple of other things were not a big deal, but could be improved: a wobbly hinge on the door below the sink; a can opener that was bent and did not work.
So the staff are exce;llent and the experience was not bad and the price was also reasonable, but this unit left a little to be desired.
TLDR: I would not stay there again. The room provided offered no privacy whatsoever and the management offered no solution or attempt to mitigate the problem in any way. I recommend you don't waste your time and money, save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
The room provided offered no privacy whatsoever. There was a door between my room and the next room, and that door was not soundproof, so any noise or conversation could be heard. Conversations from guests who were not boisterous in any way and spoke at a reasonable volume could be clearly heard from the other room and there was no privacy between the two rooms.
I was awakened in the evening and in the morning at least a third of the days during a 9 day stay by the sound of voices coming from next door, not to mention having to listen to noise and conversations for several hours a day.
I recorded a sample and sent it to the management. Management simply thanked me for sharing my concerns and that my comments would help them address the situation for future guests. Future guests... what about current guests? And why is there a non-soundproof door between two rooms in the first place? No action has been taken by management to remedy the problem.
The only thing they have mentioned is that they have a quiet hours policy from 10pm to 8am, which does not in any way prevent the lack of privacy between the two rooms. No policy can prevent guests from having conversations at a reasonable noise level in their rented room
The hotel is in the middle of Whistler Village, great spot to be close to everything. Overall a great stay. The Murphy bed needed some repair work, kitchen supplies were minimal but all we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Convenient location in the village, beside Earl's restaurant and many other shops. If your room faces the Village Walk, it can be very noisy with rowdy young people at night when you're trying to sleep.

This is our third time staying at Whistler Peak Lodge. It’s a pretty centralized location to everything in the village and a short walk to the gondola. The only complaint we had was one side of our bed frame was sticking out to the point where my husband kept bumping into it and had to block the protruding area with a chair, which left us with less room to navigate around our bed to get to the fireplace. Other than that we do like staying here for our yearly spring break snowboard trips.

Location, location, location.
Great location. Hotel seems spread out over a couple of buildings so hard to navigate at first. Front desk staff are lovely. Apartment had washing machine and dryer which is fabulous as well as very good kitchen. The aircon was obviously an addition which was a bit unfinished looking.
This is my third stay at this property. The property is conveniently located and the rooms are well appointed.
I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future.

A Great Choice for a Stay
A great stay. First time I’ve ever stayed at Whistler Peak. Got a great deal on a room that worked perfectly for what I needed.
