Just terrible. Other than the location I would stay in a hostel. It basically is a hostel. Expedia sold us on pictures of a unit we did not get. Wildly disappointed. I will be getting my money back. That was disgusting.
Our 2nd time staying here. For what it’s worth, the location of this lodge is excellent. It’s only 3 mins fr Epic Ride bus stop and 5 mins to Whistler gondola not to mention the Grocery store and the best coffee “Arabica” is right downstairs.
Shoppers Drug Mart also down below making it this lodge one of the best locations - for us at least .
The amenities inside the units are very old. The dryer doesn’t work and some of the units have old small TV. Some units they have replaced with new 50” TVs .
Overall , the price is very reasonable given the good points but it’s a no-frills and don’t expect any service of any kind at all. No daily room cleaning or change of towels which guests needs to ask for them each time

Right in the heart of Whistler village, close to everything. Layout of building is very confusing, took a couple days to find my way around.

Easy and straightforward check-in. Paid underground parking below. Great location and friendly front desk staff.
The bathroom was dated, poorly kept and smelled like urine. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed and there was garbage under the furniture.
It is very loud; you can hear the guests conversation in the rooms on either side (and everything else they are doing in their room) and everyone in the hallway.
The property is pretty close to the Whisler Gondola and it is nice and clean. The only problem is that there is a pizza place just outside open unitl 2:30 am on Saturday night and it was loud. Couldn't sleep for the noise. You should bring ear plugs. Otherwise the location and property was very nice

I was pleasantly surprised by the kitchenetre soaker tub and fireplace.
I will be back for sure.
I am not a picky traveller and stay multiple times per year in whistler at various hotels/stays. This is by far the worst place we have stayed. When we booked in April 2024 the hot tub was advertised and when we arrived there is no hot tub. it has broken with no immediate repair time, had we known this we would NEVER had booked a ski vacation without a hot tub. No effort to rectify the issue with the front desk until I complained to Expedia and they offered me partial amenity refund which does not make up for no hot tub, I would rather pay more to have the hot tub while skiing. The hotel kept asking me for a screen shot showing them that an hot tub was part of my booking, which no one screen shots their booking. They have since updated their website so it’s removed off there now too.in the past the hotel would have emailed you update so you’re aware and can make decisions or cancel if the hot tub is important. We would have cancelled the week before our booking. Our room was very cramped, the fireplace was about 12 inches from the bed so the room was very hot and there is one bedside table. The bed is not a true queen, it’s very tight, more like a double. The quilt cover was ripped in both corners so big the dirty duvet was coming through. The hotel is really showing its age without care to repair or improve. I rarely complain but I would never stay here again. We have stayed in other older hotels in Whistler that are older and never had a problem, but this one is a no.

Great location. Basic amenities but well maintained. Studio room had a full sized kitchen but wasn’t well stocked. Requested missing kitchen items from reception but never received it.
Location is great, in the heart of the village 5 minutes' walk to the lifts. The room is pretty spacious with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Our only complaint is noise. Our room is facing a pizza place that plays music until 10pm every night. It sounds quite loud from inside our room even with windows closed. I have stayed in a different room in this place that was not facing the same business and was not noisy.
Check in was not smooth cuz hotels.com did not pay the hotel but I’ve already paid hotels.com. The room was ok. Instead of a sofa bed, there is a Murphy bed so sleeping condition was more comfortable but the Murphy bed support sticks out and everyone in the family had kicked it while passing by and all got different degrees of bruising! Not happy about that at all. The room was small so we cannot months dining table elsewhere to make more space for walking. The fireplace fan was very noisy. The plus side is the full kitchen and laundry set. Good money for couples but not for more than double occupancy. The facility does not have a hot tub nor pool. Location is great though.
