I liked that it was located just outside of the busy village area so it was nice and quiet, but close enough that you can walk to wherever you needed to go. Beds were very comfortable, the hot tub inside your room was great, soft robes, and the room was clean. Too bad the pool is located outside of the building; you have to walk past the restaurant and by the lobby driveway. Otherwise it was nice and quiet, relaxing, would come here again.

Excellent check in ! Efficient, not overly friendly, just the perfect amount of information and pleasant welcoming. Room was very nice, we had a pet and everything went well. Color schemes and materials "date" a bit the hotel. Quattro restaurant was tremendous, delicious food, wine and atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Tommy, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. When I arrived before check-in time, he informed me that I could enjoy the hotel amenities while I waited and kindly offered to store our bags. To my delight, we were able to check in two hours early. The room exceeded my expectations—super relaxing and beautifully designed. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler!

This is what you'd expect from a budget hotel. It was fine. Nothing great but nothing terrible. There weren't flexible on a later check-out and were adamant that I was out by 11, even during the low-season when most rooms were vacant. I get that it's a rule but it did still annoy me. The location is great and near the main village.

Walls are thin, everything amazing. We could just hear other people through the walls. Washing machine seemed to be leaking. Best thing was the virtual front desk assistant. Super helpful without talking.
