I've seen some extreme reviews of this hotel which are not relevant to making a selection. It's a decent budget hotel. You can get better breakfast in town and a great coffee at the Blue Bird cafe but the complementary stuff is ok if you're on a budget.The plumbing needs some upgrading but reception will sort anything that needs doing, just ask nicely to get a nice response.

Loved this hotel. The young lady from New Zealand at the reception area was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suit that was amazing the town itself is really pretty and walkable with a lot of restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay. My girls and I went for a few days away. We ate at the old spaghetti factory (which is attached to the restaurant). Parking was convenient and we walked all around Whistler and Blackcomb. The staff are extremely friendly and kind. We will be back!!

The mattress on my bed needed to be replaced...when I told the front desk they were happy that I let them know and gave us free valet parking for the discomfort. The staff were helpful and pleasant and although this is an older hotel it has been kept up, clean and pleasant to stay at. good location too....easy walking right in the village. Thank you Crystal for a pleasant stay. I will return.
