The location is close to the village which is OK if you like that. The place is average, our room didn’t have any cutler which made eating difficult. Also the lobby and gym area could have been cleaner or fresher

Nice place to relax. Room was perfect, but not pet friendly. why not? Great pool and hot tub. Parking extra $26 per day. Prefer just having it billed on booking the room.

Beautiful Whistler

We really enjoyed staying at Whistler. We were there for 3 nights. The resort was very quiet due to the change of seasons. Great location but not quite sure why I could'nt pay for parking at the front desk. Maintenance on plumbing while we were there and couldn't use taps or toilets from 9am - 3pm was a bit of an inconvenience. Only found out by reading a small notice in the elevator.

I stayed at Ace Cascade Hotel in Whistler for two nights and paid $319, plus $29/day for parking and a property fee. While the charges were shown on Expedia, I was surprised that there was no housekeeping at all. On top of that, I got a message before checkout telling me to do the dishes—something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel charging this much. For what I paid, the experience felt more like a rental than a hotel. Disappointing overall, and not great value for the price.

Everything was ok for us except for most of the cleaning staff are not “friendly enough” to greet us. Please take this as a constructive criticism. I used to work at hotel too and we are always reminded to smile and greet the guests. Thanks.
