The jet tub button was broken. No one at the desk informed me of how to properly work the jets. Tub dial was on the other side of the wall no where near the tub (found out after leaving). They took out a $200+ deposit and never returned it after two weeks. Breakfast had barely any options. I would NOT recommend this place.

The manager there who appeared also to be property owner or atleast behaved like so was a terrible receptionist. No manners. Blocked our card at morning 9 AM whereas the checkout time is at 11 AM. When I asked why was this done, then instead of simply apologizing which would have been more than enough the guy thought of making a cooked up story. Also it was a saturday and still they kept breakfast from morning 6 to 9 instead of keeping it open to 10. If can avoid this then please do, not work saving few bukcs to a better place offering peace of mind. I am defintely not going to take my business here anymore. Not recommended.

This is a mistake by selected the wrong location (we meant to stay in Pittsburg). Within a second of receiving conformation we called both Expedia and the hotel to notify the mistake. We got a callback from the hotel (a lady), told us we get full refund since it has not been processed. As of now we haven’t got it. It has been charged and the hotel manager refuse to honor the words!

Great stop

Felt safe, personnel was very friendly, facility was clean. Maybe a little outdated in some ways but I would stay again. Only negative is there was a nearby facility that had loud music playing late at night (Saturday night).
