Disappointing
The weather was horrendous due to storm Darragh! Granted we were slightly early to arrive but no info on whether room would be available before just "well check in isnt till2!". It was a little abrupt. We were advised it was 1.5 miles to town centre and that it could be walked. However when we attempted there were no footpaths and you had to go over motorway very dangerous also was more like 3 miles to centre ended up getting a taxi.

Really lovely stay. Ultra clean in all areas, spacious reception, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. We decided to book the breakfast on our 2nd day and it was fabulous - a full cooked breakfast, as well as a choice of cereals, breakfast orange, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and a fancy coffee machine! We had 3 dogs with us and my mum has mobility issues, but all so well catered for. Very impressed!

Awful bed
Staff very friendly but room although clean, felt tired and run down. Carpet thread bare, no heating in bathroom and the mattress base stained. The mattress was so uncomfortable - like sleeping on a trampoline. Husband and i did not sleep well and had bad backs.

Nice hotel, convenient location.
Rooms basic but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked awful. We had a look but decided against.
