An umfortunate night.
The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. The pillows in my room however were very hard and for me, very uncomfortable for sleeping. The spare pillows were of the same type which didn't help so i had a very poor nights sleep. At breakfast some toast had been left in the toaster setting off the smoke alarm. The doors had to be opened on one of the coldest nights of the year meaning breakfast was decidedly chilly - just one of those things i suppose but very unfortunate.

Great as a stopover except that we arrived late on a frosty night and the heat in the room was off. It was freezing (not helped by a cold window) and took several hours to heat up. Nice that there was a bar and breakfast option but we didn't feel we wanted to sit on our own in what felt like a large Reception hall.

Disappointing
The weather was horrendous due to storm Darragh! Granted we were slightly early to arrive but no info on whether room would be available before just "well check in isnt till2!". It was a little abrupt. We were advised it was 1.5 miles to town centre and that it could be walked. However when we attempted there were no footpaths and you had to go over motorway very dangerous also was more like 3 miles to centre ended up getting a taxi.
