Hate to say it it just was ok not memorable not good just ok Two good staff members one in the bar one young lady in reception when we booked in the rest did their job but no more. We asked some local information from a middle aged female at reception and she was unable to help….really!!!!! No one seemed to care no one was interested do you get your business too easily? Still not sure what you consider a “deluxe” room but what we paid for was not deluxe you need to look at your competition we have Anniversary treat disappointing

Cosy hotel but too loud

Room was cosy and the bed was lovely and comfy! Really liked that they had streaming apps available on the tv. But the walls were paper thin and you could everything happening in the corridor, it was so noisy. Kids yelling until 11pm and then a stag party came back around 3am and they were so loud, I didn’t have a great sleep at all. To make it worse I had a do not disturb sign in my door and the housekeeping team were so loud in the corridor the next morning.

Highly recommended!

Lovely two day stay despite the worst weather conditions for years. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Well cooked breakfast in lovely surroundings.

One disappointing aspect.

We stayed overnight . The room was very quiet clean and comfortable. The staff are all excellent and very friendly. The only issue we had was the food. We ordered fish and chips in the evening and they were so overcooked we could not eat them. In fairness when the waitress collected our plates she said she would not charge us for the fish. This was appreciated. At breakfast again the staff faultless. I asked for just a fried egg and tomato. The egg was like rubber and i could have bounced it off the floor and the tomatoes were like mush. So really the food was disappointing on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Everything about my stay at the Wyatt was lovely. The staff in the hotel, restaurant and the bar were very helpful and nice. My room was perfect and I would recommend staying here to everyone

Our second time staying here. Our check in was a dream. Very polite guy checking us in. Was very helpful. We had the 'superior room) #16 which is downstairs. I didnt even know there was a downstairs! Anyway, our 1st visit was in one of the front rooms(upstairs) with the triangle windows looking out onto the town. Room #16 looks out into the basement car parking lot. Speaking of parking, a bit of a hassle. They do have parking in the basement (pick room #16 for the best view) but they dont have many spots available so we were told to find parking anywhere we could around the town. Parking charges in Westport is Mon to Sat from 9.30am to 5pm with the 1st hour being free(nice touch Westport) so I just parked on the main street. Not a big deal for us. And it was FREE. Re: the room, we had the king sized bed (wife myself and our 4 year old daughter) and it was perfect. Nice tv too but slightly frustrating. Its a smart tv with all the apps (netflix, disney+ etc) however the hotel does not supply the access, which is fine but i tried to access my accounts and was unable. Main thing for us was that the hotel is clean. Thats really all that matters. We'll be back next year! Thanks.
