During a blustery storm, Nieve greeted us at the reception desk like warm sunshine, and suggested fun activities in Westport. Aaron at the bar next served us good humour along with delicious sandwiches. We stayed three nights in a gloriously beautiful suite. Loved the view of Croagh Patrick during each delicious breakfast. Enjoyed the relaxing pool. Loved everything!

It seemed a bit less than the photos of the rooms. We were in a room that wasn't glamorous, just sufficient. The carpet was soiled, the bathroom was large but stale. I guess it didnt meet my standards of the hotels we frequent in the US. Chris the luggage help was amazing, and greeted us so kindly! The guys in the bar were really sweet!

The bedroom and public rooms were comfortable and well furnished. We didn't dine in the restaurant but had breakfast, which was unfortunately not up to the standard expected - a plate of overcooked scrambled egg on burnt sourdough. Rather disappointing.

Nice hotel, great rooms & very comfortable beds. Large TV didn’t work with Apps despite displaying a QR Code, reception said because of GDPR 😫 Dinning Room has lovely views & food was excellent, service was very slow, some very young staff who need more training. Overall enjoyed our stay
