Most comfortable hotel beds in buckhannon. I've stayed here when it was the microtel and now under New Management with Best Western sure stay. Good stuff friendly people. And there's always coffee in the lobby so that's a plus

This place was super clean. The staff were very kind. Pretty certain they built the walls out of cardboard though. If you can sleep through anything you are golden, otherwise you won’t sleep because of paperthin walls and doors that slam closed

Everyone was nice, hotel and room very clean. Noise level in the room was horrible from nextdoor, which had an adjoining room. Noise came through the connecting door. There is absolutely no counter space in the bathroom so we had to use the toilet seat to put our toiletries on. The bathtub didn't have a stopper so I had to use the shower.

Perfect night's rest!
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It really does deserve an exceptional rating! Check-in went smoothly and everything was unbelievably clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! There was plenty of hot water and bath amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold items. Another thing to note is that the room I had was on the front of the hotel but it was very quiet. I was surprised when I left that the parking lot was full as I had not heard anyone coming or going all night. This hotel provided a perfect night's rest and I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

The breakfast was outstanding. There was plenty variety of food choices. The prepared food was fresh and hot. All the food offered was frequently replenished and never ran out. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the service excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.
