There was an odor in the building. I suppose it was the rugs, it was a smokey odor. The room was ok. It was unfortunate that my room couldn't be changed. The guest traveling with me needed a room designed for someone with physical disabilities. The bathroom was difficult for her to maneuver, especially for the shower. When she needed the rest room, she went to the facility/toliet near the front desk. That was the only place her walker would fit.

The staff were kind and were doing the job. The facility itself was awful. Seedy, rundown, and filthy. The kind of place where you don’t want to use a black light, and you’re worried you’ll get bedbugs. We paid $200 for the place for one night. As value goes, it wasn’t worth $20, and that’s being generous. It’s really not habitable. Red Roof should not be in business if this is the business they run.

A little disappointed
Where should I start flew in for two days for a family event 1. Bathroom tub clogged tub and old 2. Tv remote was not working was not able to watch tv 3. All the bed and fixtures and fitting was falling apart the up keep of the facility was F grade

Things that were broken or didn't work
When I first got to the hotel, the lady that waited on me wasn't friendly at all not a smile at all then I get to the room. Things were broken. Hairdryer was off the wall. Cleanliness was OK but then when I went downstairs to show the girl that wasn't friendly at all. She just wrote down on a post it and that was it.

Customer service was great. Beds were unbelievably terrible and uncomfortable. There were duck and soy sauce packets on the floor under the desk.
