The hotel lobby smelled of smoke...several guest were standing in front of the hotel smoking. Very disappointed because, the hotel stated non-smoking. The room also smell when using the air conditioner. The bathroom fan did not work. The sink had a crack. I was disappointed because when I requested a towel, the clerk said I need to grab.

Plusses: There is a self-serve coffee bar that I think runs 24-7 in the lobby, and there is an ATM in the lobby. If you have a pet, this place will allow it. The hotel is very convenient to shopping at Roosevelt Field Mall and nearby stores. The room was pretty dark and depressing looking and did not feel overly clean, though maybe that was a function of the lousy lighting. Fluorescent lights as reading lights contributed to the depressing feel. There was a spill (or maybe dog pee?) in the elevator that had not been fully cleaned up, and the elevator looked like it had not been refurbished in a while. The tub/shower had an open hole where there should have been a metal plate under the faucet. The (bullet proof?) glass around the reception desk was a little depressing too, though maybe that is just a holdover from covid mitigations. This could be a nice property if rooms were redone in lighter colors, warmer lightbulbs were used, public areas and rooms were cleaned thoroughly and had any broken elements fixed, the elevators were given a facelift, etc.

The entire 4 th floor smells like weed . Our room was large and clean . I stayed here because of my dog and they allow pets . Parking , staff were fine. Location was good .

Amazing location, right next to Walmart, target, Best Buy, and total wine. What more can you ask. The rooms are clean and up to date and staff was helpful and nice. Will be coming back to this hotel

Due to a severe weather delay air travel was cancelled and after informing the hotel they said too bad no refunds. I said can we have a credit to move the reservation ahead 30 days and was declined. They kept my $1,200 for themselves and offered no compromise or consideration. I didn't expect my money back but it would have been nice for them to give me credit for a later use.
