Room was booked for employees. They asked them for my id to be emailed to the property because the payment card was in different name. However they didn’t need that information to charge the card. They had to wait in their cars in December for over an hour because hotel’s reception area was under construction until they got a hold of me. The room was freezing cold when they finally got in. We do a lot of business in the area, I am never booking this hotel again.

Ok place to stay.
Very surprised there was no microwave. Nice that there’s coffee shops and breakfast places across the street. Outside appearance looks rough but clean inside. Curtains need updating. No shade or curtains on bathroom window, I needed to hang bath towel to cover window.

Stayed for the weekend with my fiancé ,, bed was amazing but small bathroom ,, there's a window in the bathroom with NO WINDOW CURTAIN!!! But we made it work. And if yu wanna heat up your food get ready to walk to the pool room to use the microwave

property is an older facility lending itself to being a little noisier due to the age of construction. the girl at the front desk stopped short of arguing with me when she forgot to give me my room key until she looked and realized she had not but insisted she had. no apology, rather more of an attitude.
