Overall the stay was amazing! However you could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms. Bring ear plugs, but overall great quality rooms besides that.
It was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was great and had no issues with any accommodations requested. I would stay there again.
The room was beautiful. However, the shower had absolutely no pressure and the water smelled bad. Also, we were on a non-smoking floor and yet it reeked of cigarette smoke. Would not stay here again.

The room was nice and clean, lots of room. The staff was great too. The issue was the smoke smell and the cover up they used to hide the smoke smell. It kept me awake and I didn’t enjoy my night. I understand it was a smoking facility before and that smell is so hard to remove. Nothing against Peppermill at all.
Most employees were either on their iPhone or talking with other staff. Had a long wait for the restaurant staff to acknowledge us waiting, restaurant was empty(3:00 pm). Watched waitress give another patron my husbands food and they told her it was not what he ordered. She took it back to the kitchen, when she came out, she told us our meal will be out soon, 5 minutes later she brought out our food and his meal was cold.
We did have dessert at the Mexican restaurant and the staff was friendly, attentive and service was excellent. Maybe the staff at that restaurant can observe and train the other restaurant.
Beautiful large room very nicely decorated. Friendly staff. this is a large hotel with multiple entrances. They need to have luggage carts at each one each one of them to make it convenient for their guests.
