The only complaint I have about this hotel is the bed. It was not very comfortable. We could feel the springs in the mattress. The pool was Ice Cold it is NOT a heated pool

Taking advantage of storm victims

The hotel was full of tornado victims and no working hot water. I called the front desk and was told they “hoped” to have it fixed the next day. We had to check out by 11. I asked for a discount and was refused. I realize that things break but I should not have had to pay the full $170 when the main thing I needed was a hot shower and warm bed and they couldn’t provide half of that.

The hosts are incredibly helpful and made our visit personal. They knew we were coming to cheer on our home team for the Superbowl and offered tips on parking in New Orleans, events happening leading to to the game, and local evets including an Art walk here in BSL. They even had personalized home decorations in our teams colors. The home is spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property because of the home and the hosts. 50 out of 10 stars!

The staff was really terrific. I checked in seamlessly and the room accommodation was wonderful., sorry that the indoor pool was closed but I had my hands full anyway by the way try to improve the breakfast. It wasn’t that great but the coffee was good.

Very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, nice room. The only negative, people who do not pu the waste from their pets are very rude! They will ruin it for everyone one else that do. The sign is in place, plenty of bags and waste canisters for your convenience!! Get with the program or leave your pets home 😒
