Terrible black mold, ac leaking floor was soaking wet ruined my stuff, filth hotel, crime seen tape on one of the doors, rude front desk lady, people yelling and loud all night, house keeping entering the room twice and my husband had no clothes on rediculous

Extremely Disapointing, couldn't stay!

I did not stay, after checking in and only being onsite for 20 minutes someone with a keycard entered my room, not identifying themselves as staff or dressed in uniform, after this first encounter, I put the extra door locks on, someone attempted again to enter, both times the attempts were made immediately after my husband left the room. The room was in bad condition excessive use and abuse, such disrepair. The AC did not work, they had huge fans on the floor, the minifridge did not work, the elevators did not work, there were 2 outside doors with broken glass and caution tape. I heard other people complaining at the front desk that their AC did not work either. I did not feel safe and immediately requested a refund and left, and checked into a different hotel completely. The pool area looked nice, but I did not get an upclose look. The front desk lady Kimberline Fatal is the name she wrote on my refund paper, as she was not wearing a badge, was very nice, understanding, and apoligetic, and offered me the managers information. I would not recommend this hotel. I took videos, because I did not trust this hotel not to charge me for all of the damage that had previously happened in the room.

The pictures on their webpage and what you get a total opposite you walk in the front door. If it opens, the building smells of mold, they have pans and all the hallways drying up from the rain storm. The AC was super loud and vibrating. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The tub was falling apart. The toilet wouldn't flush all the time a very, very bad place to stay.

The pictures are deceiving!

This hotel is a little run down, but I felt the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The hotel did not provide enough wash clothes, / hand towels. No hand soap either. Pool area did not look clean.

Very dirty. Carpets stained bedding had blood on it. Bugs all over. Switched rooms and the second wasn’t any better.

Old furnishings in room. I was okay with it but wife was not. Side ground floor door stuck open all day and night was a bit odd. A bit of a security risk and from the food on the floor in the morning, I think a racoon came in and ate up something overnight. Surely, not a problem still. I liked to cost. Didn't see any bugs. Slept and showered and on our way. I'd consider staying again at the low rate I received.

Bad room

No cold water so a shower was out of the question unless you wanted to get burned by the extremely hot water. Ceiling fan in bathroom sounded like it wanted to take off with a clank clank to make it even more annoying. The hallway light didn't work. Coffee pot didn't work either. Requested a new room and we're going to move but that room smelled like smoke and hallway light also did not work. Reached out to management and no response except "thank you for staying".

Worst experience and sketchy people

Sketchy man walking the 4th floor hall around 930pm called front desk no answer. Went to take shower and couldn’t because the piece to open water was broken. No answer at front desk when I called. By 9am housekeeper already knocking on door. When I checked out and told them about issues didn’t even get an apology all she said was that she will make a note for maintenance guy to fix shower.
