It is truly safe. The younger front deck lady is the best. Always has a smile on her face and the best attitude. She even fully try’s to resolve all conflict and accommodations. She needs to be the manager!

Room was not the correct booked room, space was too small, had to rearrange furniture to let out the sofa bed. Lock on door had to be fixed, was partially falling off the door, bedding for sofa bed was not in bag. Had to request at the front desk and was told it was already in the bag in the room.

Appears to be an older hotel that has been rebranded as a Radisson. There was sticky stains on the bathroom counter as well as a slimey substance on the bathroom door handle.

The room was nice and staff was friendly. The location was convenient and I felt safe. The only inconvenience was the room wasn't ready at check in, but they did show empathy. Also, there was an item left on the reference by a previous guest that wasn't noticed by housekeeping.

The sheets of one bed was rust stained or not clean. The remote for the tv was not there. The room number was not visible on the door. The breakfast was ok. The hotel isnot an 8/10 as expected. However, the front desk staff was very friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issue.

I really enjoy the room great customer service the only negative thing about it was they charge you an additional fee after being booked which they should have that in fine print other than that it was a very comfortable bed, room are just like the pics just bring your own pillows those pillows aren't that comfortable but I'll give them a four and a half star and I would book again ❤️
