Only one working elevator, ice machine in our floor was not working. Room was large and appeared clean, had to have socks, the floor was a dark color so you didn’t see dirt but our feet would be black after a shower walking around room without socks. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was hit or miss, we stood in line our first morning with very little of anything left. Second morning we got up at 7 and was better, but the day we checked out breakfast was again busy and limited. Cleaning staff so friendly but other staff was not so much. Liked that hotel location it is a bit further west on the seawall so not as busy. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but as frequent travelers we felt they could improve.

It’s a good size room for the price with ocean view that was the best and the breakfast was really good, the only problem was the bed it was hard and uncomfortable to fall asleep.

The Breakfast was really good.It was rainy a couple of the days we were there,so the Balcony was great to sit and watch the waves. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Galveston.
