It was okay. The bathroom had no hooks or towel racks other than a hook behind the door; where is one supposed to put towels, washcloths or a vanity case? The breakfast was okay. I couldn't eat most items due to dairy and gluten intolerance, but husband said the items offered were okay.

We found a dirty pair of underwear right by the chair in our room. Should have been seen by cleaning crew! very thin walls so heard everyone around us so hard to sleep. Poor quality pillows and bedding.

It was okay overall, definitely would stay here again. Only complaint was the room seemed a little dirty and we didn’t seem to have many towels and they didn’t leave any hand soap in room for us. Breakfast was pretty good plenty of room to park.

Honestly, the hotel is totally neglected. It has very good facilities, but they are SUPER neglected. The room was dirty, the door did not close with a lock because it was out of square (and even though we said so, they did not think it was important). In my parents' room, the water in the shower and the sink remained stagnant. The mattresses were terrible, you sank when you lay down. The truth is that the experience in general was terrible. And the icing on the cake is that the eggs for breakfast were green. Terrible.

Not high quality and definitely not a suite.
The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. When we asked for replacements we were told “they’re all bad and lumpy” by staff. I killed multiple cockroaches in our room as well.
