This hotel was disgusting. We got there and there was ants in the bathroom and other bugs in the carpet. The sheets were dirty. I always bring Clorox wipes and wipe stuff down when I stay at hotels. The nightstand had jam all over it. I went and told the front desk and asked for my money back because it was the worst experience of my life and they wouldn’t refund my money. I went and told them about the ants three times and they kept saying we will come check it out and they never did.
This place is awful! Very rundown. So many issues with damage everywhere. Very dangerous with a light switch not fitting onto the wall with wires seen. Bedding was so old it looked like it was from the 70s it was so faded. Large chips in wall bathroom. Very dirty around the main door. Lamp not working because no close plug, lamp shade falling apart, other lamps coming apart. The place looks awful. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I would never recommend this place. Couldn’t leave fast enough.
The checkin was the nicest part of our stay. It started off by not being able to read the numbers on the door and driving back and forth, finally having to get out of the car to walk up to each door until finding the correct room. When we finally got into to the room, the sheets were dirty with hair all in them. They did respond quickly and changed the sheets, but not the pillowcases. Then my wife found a lot of hair in the bathtub, so I didn't want to take a shower. And if my wife had been inclined to take a bath, she couldn't have because there tub stopper. Lastly we found hair all over the sink and microwave. It was obvious that this room was never cleaned prior to our arrival.
I understand why this property provides cheap rates. Bathrooms need to be thoroughly clean. My room had multiple holes in walls, fan in bathroom was incredibly filthy. The first night I stayed, the bathtub walls still had soap scum on them, I shut the door and it had past guests hair stuck to it. A place to sleep, use the shower, and that's it. And a heart felt thank you to whomever peed on the tire of my jeep the first night I stayed.
This is an awful room even if it was only $20, but for $130, it was ridiculously overpriced. Looked like extremely poor quality maintenance, entrance fob and handle needed 15 to 20 attempts to open, feels like it’s been kicked in before.

Thank you for changing my reservation dates for me and still giving me the same online rate!!!!!! Also for the late check out time! That extra hour makes a huge difference when traveling! Keep up the great customer service! I'm a happy customer and will definitely be back. I would recommend Knights Hotel to any traveler. The only negative is NO POOL! There is however, an on-site 24 hr. laundry that's $2.50/load to wash and dry.

The locks were broken, there were spiders, beds were somewhat clean and the area is quite lonely and unsafe.
This property is in dire need of updating and upgrading. Repairs that have been made were poorly done.
We stayed anyway because the sheets were clean, there was hot water, and the ac worked really well. No hair dryer, no frills at all.
Perfect for a night passing through town. Dining options in the area are limited, except for nearby casinos. Fortunately the exception is Copper Kettle nearby and is great
This cesspool, was buggy, dirty, covered in dog hair don’t trust the amenities. There was no hairdryer and always Cleanliness is not their strong suit. and had to call management every time we left the room because the door would stick closed because it was painted recently. it is the worst place I ever stayed. and there is no elevator so if you are handicaped run don’t walk from this outhouse!!!
We checked into our room and it was dirty, they moved us to another room and it was also dirty. We decided not to stay and got another room down the road. I went to the staff and they told us that we would be reimbursed for the stay. Even said that they spoke to a representative from Hotels.com and issued a refund. That day I spoke with Hotels .com and they spoke to the hotel. We were on the road for two weeks traveling. I followed up with Hotels.com after our trip because I had not seen a refund and the hotel would not honor their word, and they lied. Disgusting. So I’m out the money cause they don’t know how to run a clean place. My bad for not reading all the reviews so I hope someone else reads this and passes on this place. It’s one thing to run a dirty establishment it’s another to be liars.
Bedbugs, dirty floor, stains in the sheet, lying owner who hung up on customer support and will not give me a refund. Absolutely despicable from both the inn and Expedia. I will never be using Expedia again after this incident. Do not stay here and honestly, don't use Expedia.
