Icicle village was very friendly checking inn. They had a great breakfast in the morning that other hotels should take note. Also the out doors heaters were a very nice added touch in the cool mornings to sit outside. The only thing I found cumbersome was our room had a fireplace and sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not I wish there was instructions on if we were doing using it right or if it was on a timer for eco friendly use .

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The AC unit in the room did not respond to any adjustment, and the room turned into an icebox. The pool and spa were awesome. However, the hot breakfast was pretty disappointing.

The stay overall was good! Our room was nice, fireplace was a plus! The restaurant was good with nice options for everyone. Only thing was it all really needs updated. Carpet was very warn in places and the furniture was well used. For the price I kind of expected a bit more.

We got charged more than we were quoted for the room and the holding fee and from what the receipt said we shouldn't have paid the almost $400. The maids were extremely loud throughout the day and made it hard to have a quiet evening. And the service at the hotel restaurant was not professional at all.

My daughter and I stayed here and had the best time. The swimming pools were clean and property looked beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was amazing. We will be coming back here. Place was super clean and staff was nice
