We came to the Hampton for a fall getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and well presented. Should we return to Leavenworth, we would consider staying at the Hampton.

facility was great. unfortunately the mattress and pillows were terrible. also it states on the bathroom mirror that rooms will be cleaned and replenished every other day of your stay. that did not happen.

Good location for walking into town
Pillows on bed were too soft. Bathroom needs more hooks for towels. Nite light in bathroom was excellent. Breakfast selection was very good. Front desk check in was quick and ladies were very friendly and helpful.

Kim at the front desk was so amazing and helpful! It felt like we were in her home. All of the front desk staff was very friendly and with customer service lacking in this industry, the people here were amazing!! I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy staying at a Hampton Inn any time if they were all like this!!! Thank you!!
