1. Door isolation is very bad, noise from the corridor was constantly coming 2. When we checked into our room we found black hair all over the bath tub, on the shower curtain and on the floor… it was disgusting 3. when we arrived at the room at 3 pm, we discovered that the cleaning lady had not come to us, despite the fact that we had not been in the room since the morning 4. the result: a mountain of dirty towels, full trash bins..., which is what we were left with the next day 5. After notifying the front desk about this, they sent us a non-English speaking cleaner who only brought 3 towels and didn't even take away the pile of dirty ones lying on the floor.

Zee was awesome and answered all of my questions in regards to accessibility to rooms and washrooms. She was very helpful in telling us where good restaurants were, etc. Hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. The room smelled great too!!

I had a pleasant stay with a smooth check-in process. It was great to have access to the hot tub and pool until 10 PM, which added a nice touch of relaxation after a long day. The breakfast was decent with a good selection to start the day. Overall, a comfortable experience with some nice amenities!
