We always enjoy our stay there; however we learned that we need to make sure to ask for a room with access to an elevator. I’m a disabled veteran and trying to walk up to sets of stairs was not a good fit for me. Past that everything was excellent and enjoyable.

This is the noisiest hotel I ever stayed in. Walls seem to be paperthin, you could hear toilets, flushing, showers, running, and people talking. At 6:30 this morning someone was pounding on the walls.!

Beautiful property in downtown Wellsboro. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Very clean. They should upgrade their mattresses; we found the ones in our room were WAY too soft. Decent breakfast featured Starbucks coffee, sausages, pastries, cereal and fresh fruit.

The hotel and lobby were very nice and well maintained, but our first floor room had a door that was not totally sealed. At the bottom of the door a small rodent could have easily slid through. Also, the toilet was not flushing properly. The room is showing its age. Also, for the price, I thought the included breakfast could have had more fresh options.

The house was fully furnished with lots of extras including food. The two bathrooms need some repairs. The master bath shower floor is very soft by the drain and will eventually push in we were nervouse to even step near it. The second baths ceiling has water damage and was leaking.

When we couldn't open our room, and the desk clerk could not open it from the inside, we were offered an upgrade to a two room suite. That was very nice!
