Most of the staff were very accommodating and overall, good value for money. As this was a family orientated hotel, I personally didn’t enjoy my stay as it was very noisy and no sound proofing.

Good value

We just stopped for an overnight as we needed to be somewhere early the next day. The hotel was cheap and cheerful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast was delicious! Furniture and room was a little tired, but that was reflected well in the price. Good value!

Amazing hotel and the staff were great, could not of been more helpful after a last minute booking at 9pm after the original hotel we booked (The Crossways) was totally unacceptable to stay in due to our room being directly above the speakers for a Christmas Party they were hosting. Noise in the room was so loud no one would of been able to sleep and given we had a 6 year old child with us even more shocking they put us in that room. Room was spacious and comfy, location was amazing as we had the Xmas trip booked at Wookey Hole and the breakfast was by far one of the best we have had staying in hotels or even a restaurant. Highly recommended as a place to stay if going to Wookey Hole or just visiting the area.

Lovely stay. Breakfast beautiful. Room fine. Landing and walls could do with freshening up a little but rooms themselves were great! Lovely that extra bed was acailable so both children had their own bed- thank you! Beds a little hard but okay. Cant fault anything else. A great stay! Very helpful staff too
