Bathtub ran constantly. Corners of tub were dirty. Shower curtain looked like it was moldy. The couch and bench were so dirty and stained we were afraid to sit on them. Hotel was quiet and that was nice. I did not complain because I was honestly just too tired after spending all day in the hot sun.

The facility is old, the couch in the room was ragged, carpet was dirty, it took two days to fix the elevator, bathtub faucet was leaking and not fixed after reported to the front desk. Unfortunately it’s not a comfortable and not an enjoyably staying.

Solid hotel and value

Very solid Best Western, was surprised how good the creek breakfast was. Be careful, they have smoking rooms. I didn't know this and accidentally booked a smoking room. They moved us to a non smoking room which was kind.

NO Bedding for Pullout

We was moved to a King suite with a pull out sofa, when ready to use pullout there was no linen for the bed, called for some at front desk, then I had to go get the bedding. also the TV was terrible. Breakfast was ok and person there was nice.

Staff was helpful and friendly! Convenience and overall facility was well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was shower was dirty. The base and sides had a little mildew. The wallpaper in bathroom was rolling off. Otherwise bathrooms were clean.
