Our room was OK. The comforter on iur beds were bumpy looking and the cotton appeared to be lumped together. The rooms were dark and lights were dim. The shower barely worked. Not worth what we paid for but doable for a night stay.

Apparently this was an old water park so their pool/hot tub area was amazing. But now that it is a hotel, it is truely incredible. The bar was massive, the staff super friendly and the parking was plentiful. Not to mention the rooms were super cool with the cabin theme.

Front desk staff was very rude. The staff at the bar however were very nice. Wasn’t told about the renovations in the water park area, and that’s the biggest reason for booking with this hotel. Definitely suggest putting somewhere on your website that you’re under construction. Would come back again but definitely calling first to make sure water park/gym is up and running.

Not so great customer service

The room was huge. Very nice room. The hot tub and pool wonderful. The service not good. There is a place to buy snacks but there was no one at the front desk to pay for them. I waited 20 min no one came. I went to the bar that said it was open no bar tender. When we checked in right before she gave us our keys she took a phone call the person on the phone wanted to know about every room option prices for each. So we stood there for 15-20 min until we were just going to go find somewhere to sit down then she finally put them on hold. Then we asked for a late check out so I was laying on the bed and the maid just walked in and it was not even the normal check out time. The service was bad.

I stayed here as a solo traveler and was made to feel safe, welcome, and truly pampered. The staff treated me with such care. The room was cozy. I’ve traveled solo many times, but this is the first time I actually felt at home in a hotel.

We were lucky to find this gem for our last-minute holiday. Booking was easy and check-in took less than five minutes. Our room was ready early, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was heavenly, the shower had great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked like a charm.
