Our first night we had kids across the hall from us no parents around dining and slamming the door. Told the front desk they were kind of mean about it and it still proceeded to happen. That went on until 10pm. Then took a shower and when I did that the bathtub would fill up with water while I was taking a shower which is so gross. Then to top it off they gave us a room by the parking lot people were so loud busses show up people very loud. I stayed for 2 nights and was very uncomfortable.

When we walked in we were incredibly surprised by the room it was huge and beautiful. Everything was wonderful. I have worked I the hotel business for years and have only a couple suggestions and comments regarding the room. One thing maybe leave pre wrapped forks, spoons and knives. In the bathroom there was a thin coat of mold on the shower head and behind it, also high dusting needs attention. Believe me our stay was wonderful and these are only things I notice because I work the industry.

Second guessing my future stays

I’ve stayed at this hotel before during the 2023–24 holidays and had a great experience, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time was very different. First, I was charged a $50 fee that I was originally told would be refunded. At checkout, I was suddenly told it was a charge for having a pet. I wasn’t hiding it—he was in plain sight and I even mentioned him to the manager directly. So for them to say I never disclosed it is just not true. The suite I stayed in with my children and my pet also had some issues. The air system was terrible—you had to open the doors just to get cool air, which shouldn’t be the case for a suite at this price. The vents were filthy and clearly not maintained, and the elevators had a strong skunk smell the entire time. Only one elevator worked. With breakfast before there was some checking was needed at all times. New stuff, you had to look for them. I also had trouble getting basic items like towels. The person who was supposed to bring them never came. Thankfully, a lovely housekeeping lady helped me out. She tried to get me more items, but staff stopped her, saying someone else would help—who never showed. She eventually came back with what I needed, hours later. I really appreciated her effort, but the way they blocked her from helping sooner made no sense. It feels like the great service I got over the holidays was only because of the season. Now, it just doesn’t feel the same. I’m definitely rethinking where I’ll stay next time.

Watertown weekend

Mike, front desk assistant, great job explaining costs, room availability and noting our room for airport shuttle. Shuttle drivers quick and personable. Breakfast buffet standard and plentiful. Did not use the fitness room or pool, both busy morning and evening. Location is good, bed comfortable, room comfortable. Good stay over all.

Comfort inn and suites- nice and good hotel.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was good, could have a few more choices for food. Overall everything was good and enjoyable
