This is a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the lake from our room, very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the dining is superb! Easy access to many trails in Waterton National Park. It was within easy access to the village.

Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in room or ice dispensing machine available to guests. we had to ask desk clerk who was happy to get us some!!

Lovely hotel. Nice public areas. Parking limited and a bit stressful but we were directed across the road to park at the sister hotel. Bedrooms comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast was a bit slow and wasps on the patio were a constant pest. Easy walk into Waterton. Loved our stay. Hope to come back.

Very comfortable room with welcome tea service. Updated property, easy walk to the village. Great location on the bay end of the lake. Only complaint is the dining room, although the food was very good, we waited for over an hour after placing our order.

Updated facilities, right next to water. Tasty breakfast- fresh, great flavors. Staff at desk do not seem to enjoy what they are doing, nor do they try to anticipate needs. Seemed short when we arrived at 3 saying they only check in at 4.

We loved this lodge. Newer with some many lovely amenities. We had a cute little deck overlooking the lake. The staff was friendly and efficient. One of the best places we have stayed in our 5 week out west journey.

This was one of the most beautiful appointed rooms I have ever stayed in. Only thing missing was ice but they were more than happy to fill ice bucket from the bar or restaurant when we needed.
