The room does not have an electric kettle or microwave, and there are not enough power outlets, which makes it inconvenient. In addition, the soundproofing of the room is poor, and it’s easy to be disturbed by noise from outside.

Beautiful location right by the water. Room was clean and recently renovated. Would have loved more amenities like breakfast included, especially for the high price paid. Would stay here again during low season (more affordable) timeframes.

Very good hotel. Great views. Nothing that warrants charging $209 for a night though. Very clean. Largely comfortable bed. I’d say this is a 3.5 star establishment, trending towards 4.

This resort is ideally situated in the heart of “downtown” Waterton, on the shoreline and close to all amenities. The building exterior is older but our room was nicely refurbished and modern. The food in the main restaurant was excellent, albeit as pricey as you would expect for a resort town.

The room was comfortable and clean and we had a great view of the lake and wildlife from our balcony. The food was awesome in the hotel restaurants. The location was perfect for walking to everything in town.

Hotel is convenient but a little outdated. I was expecting a better room for the price compared to other hotels in Glacier National Park on US side. We visited in October, so most food places were closed or had limited options to eat. My main issue was no microwave available in room or in the lobby, so we had to waste food we had in a town where food options were limited.
