The bathroom floor had dried urine on it. I could see the spots all directly in front of the toilet. Someone needed to shake a little more ; ) there is no reason for the house keeping team to not have seen it. The floor has not been cleaned in a long time as shown by the door dust from the door sliding back and forth. Im sure its still there, take a look. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful well kept property. The room is just as the pictures show, really spacious, clean and with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is very spacious too. Loved our stay.

Love it but not enough staff especially in the casino! Also upset me that I couldn’t enter contest at casino because they ran out of tickets there was still an hour left to enter drawing and I was denied a ticket! Had to earn alotbod points to enter and they ran out was not happy hotel is lovely and clean but not my favorite place to gamble staff is rude

It was convenient to various locations for day trips: Syracuse, Skaneateles, Geneva, Seneca Falls, Auburn. We had a comfortable, quiet room - nice to come back to relax after sight seeing and an easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

We have always loved coming here. We call it our "adult playground". We get to eat, drink, gamble, take in a show, and stay the night. We cant wait to go back!

Property was in good condition and the room was very good. However service was not so good. Had to call housekeeping to clean the room each day. Only one of the elevators was working so there was a long wait for it. Unless you are a gambler, there is not much else to do as the resort is not located near any attractions.

Our Go-To In Upstate New York
Del Lago has been our go-to hotel during trips to visit relatives in the area. The rooms are gorgeous, service is friendly and the casino has all the latest machines.

Room was clean, shower and bathroom were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion from The Spa, Fluffy bathrobes and a mattress and pillows that were firm and comfortable. 40 minutes to Skaneateles and most distillery's. Casino had plenty of slots and the Gym was first class.
