Waterford Marina Hotel is the best hotel in Waterford. Spotless rooms, that are up to date with modern design. The rooms are beautiful, the room I had was a river view room everything needed was there. Tea and coffee making facilities, complementary water on arrival. All the team at the Waterford Marina Hotel are brilliant and are always ready to assist as soon as possible. I always enjoy staying at the Waterford Marina Hotel it is truly marvelous.

I think some travelers may not like the auto-sense lighting in the room hallways that turns on only when entering. I appreciate the ecologic efficiency but the halls were dark and a bit creepy, especially given the many side halls. That combined with a lot of middle of the night movement in the hallways gave me a sense of insecurity. The room was clean: no complimentary coffee or tea however. The restaurant in the hotel, the 1848, was .excellent.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. This was the first stop on a 14 day trip to Ireland. It was a great location with easy walking to the sites and restaurants. It was a great room to relax in and try and beat the jet lag.

Excellent option for Waterford. Make sure to get a riverside room for a lovely view of the tide going in and out. It's worth the extra few Euros. So walkable to the heart of downtown.

Waterford Marina Hotel ticked all the boxes
Great junior suite overlooking the river in Waterford. Well worth the extra money. Beautifully clean and spacious.Large king size bed and soffa bed, 2 televisions, 2 sinks in spacious bathroom and lovely walk in shower. Dressing area with selves and hanging space to side of bedroom, which also housed a fridge and safe Staff so friendly and helpful. Food was of a good standard. Parking to rear of hotel, some in a large locked garage. Would certainly stay there again.
