The room was clean, the furniture was old and dated, the soundproofing could be better. My room was facing the elevators and I could hear people and the elevators all the time, due to few centimeters gap between the door and the doorstep, which was annoying. The staff were excpetional and quite friendly. They did their best to accomodate my request. The concierge were lovely and always cheerful :) The area around the hotel is ok, it's in walking distance to many attractions and there are bike sharing stations close by. It's definitely a 3 star hotel, but not more.
