By train tracks so you can hear trains every so often depending on what part of the building your room is on. This doesn’t both me, but it is noticeable. Curtains aren’t blackout curtains. My room only had a see through curtain. This didn’t affect me as I woke up at 630 AM. I could see this being a problem if you are on a different sleep schedule. Property was clearly new and very clean. Great location in NoMa. If you are getting Starbucks, from down the street in the morning, order ahead. The line gets crazy on weekday mornings.

It was a great hotel at a low cost, probably because it was about 1.7 miles away from the museums. But it was great to get our steps in!
