Hotel Washington is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in at least the last 5 yrs. Their check in staff was helpful when we asked if we could drop bags off to go and explore. They made recommendations for dinner and drinks. The host was accommodating when we checked out and desired an ink pen. We had a tour scheduled at WH the next morning and hotel was extremely convenient. The view fromVUE bar at night was magnificent. We loved the experience.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent and very kind. The problem I have with the hotel is the emphasis they put on their club and special events over their guests. If I paid over $450 a night to stay in a nice hotel, I shouldn’t have to wait to use the elevator for 20 plus minutes because the club guests have priority. The staff is so kind and apologetic but whoever makes these rules really needs to decide if they are an event venue or a hotel. Not to mention having to listen to music blasting until 2 am when you’re trying to sleep. I wish I had known about the club nights and weddings before I booked my stay. Find a different hotel!

Very nice hotel with a great staff that made us feel very welcome. The location was also great for us. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to see. The only issue we had was some leaking around the shower floor which we let them know so they would be able to fix it.

This was our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. The staff are super nice and fun. We had the same waiter (Emanuel) for many meals and he was such a pleasure to chat with and super efficient. The fellows that work at the door are great too. They always make sure we are taken care of. We will be back.
