The hotel is very beautiful however we could not change the heat or turn it off. It was 80 degrees in the room and the only way it would get cooler is if we opened a window. Other than that, I loved our stay.

The room I stayed in was a bit dated and dark. The entry light did not work and the blinds were not functioning. Also, the last time I stayed here, they put me in the same room. It wasn't a welcomed surprise.

What I really like about the Normandy besides the basics is the space for sitting and relaxing on the first floor. Tea, hot water, and almond milk were always available, so I could relax and read at any time.

Delightful stay

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable as was the room temperature. Very convenient to DuPont and all it has to offer.
