Easy spot for your DC visit

The Hotel is very convenient and easy to navigate. Rooms are a little older and dated but very comfortable and had all the modern amenities that we needed. I would recommend and would stay here again.

This is a solid hotel in an excellent location. It’s 200 yards from the four seasons which is probably the nicest hotel in Washington DC. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable in the shower was great. I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews but it seems to mostly center around AC problems in the summer. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, but cleanliness needs improvement

Our stay at The Graham Hotel was decent but fell short of expectations. The junior suite we booked served its purpose, providing plenty of space for a three-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had visible mold spots—something that should be an easy fix. Despite calling to have it replaced, no one came to address the issue, which was frustrating. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially with the added perk of a rooftop bar and proximity to everything Georgetown has to offer. Overall, it’s a solid three-star hotel, but we expected more in terms of attention to detail and cleanliness.
