Excellent property but would like a courtesy shutt
The front desk staff (Karima, Max, and Safy) were highly helpful and available with a smile and advice. The hotel was within commuting distance from several key destinations I wished to visit. If there was one thing I would like this property to add, it would be a courtesy shuttle. I don't drive and mass transit was not easy to get at first. A piece of advice: if you came alone and don't drive, have cash or credit ready for a cab as this is not within walking distance from the airport or Union station.

This was one of our favorite hotels! It is amazing. The location is fantastic, the staff is amazing especially the valet attendants and front desk staff, the bar is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice hotel. Treat you like family. Valet parking is a plus with 24/7 access to your vehicle. No charge for our dog staying with us. Clean and decorated so nice. We had the pleasure of meeting very friendly guests, The Darcy seems to attract great people! You really need to book here. You will be very pleased! We love you, all staff of The Darcy!

Room and hotel excellent. Paid for “city view” extra- not worth it. Couldnt see any more than any other room. Service was polite, but staff seemed preoccupied with their extra duties than servicing guests. The restaurant and bar staff took about 15 minutes after being seated to ask for drink orders.
