There is no AC, and the temperature is set for the entire building. I was HOT all night. The large walking shower situation is great with the handheld thing has only lukewarm water, and there is no dining available on Sunday. GREAT bed. Great pillows.

Overall the room and service was excellent but my TV didn’t work. I spoke with the front desk and was told a technician would come and fix it but it was never fixed and when I went to check out I was told there was nothing that they could do. This was very frustrating. I paid to have all accommodations. I expected more from a hotel of this statue.

Great location, friendly staff, older hotel
It was OK. It was an older hotel, with a GREAT location, with, however, limited services for the price. One example: The heater didn't work. When we asked for a space heater though, they promptly provided one. (The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.) Overall, our experience was OK.

I loved the nice, bright bathroom and the small dressing room. I loved there was a door so I didn’t disturb the other person sleeping. I did not like the fat pillows and no thinner ones were available so I got a neck ache. I think there is a mistake with my bill but I will have to pursue it after I get back home because they could not look up a charge. It’s a nice hotel.
