I didn’t like the hotel at all. While it was in a great location and there was one very nice manager, he was not available on weekends. My experience there was disappointing, especially since it was my mom's birthday. I asked several times about arranging a surprise for her, but nothing was done, even though we had upgraded to a suite. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I have more to say, but I’ll leave it at that.
