Most of the staff was good. The first person i interacted with was not meant for customer service. I stayed 8 days and had to leave very early that morning. The area is loud there was drag racing and loud people and even a few gun shots. The area is the motels fault but more security and maybe a retraining of some of the staff. There were no nametags so i cant compliment the 2 ladies who were wonderful

It was a decent room for the price and what we needed. Do know that even if you pay online, you do need to put down $57 from a debit/or credit card, no cash before you can check in to your room. Only issues we ran into was we did not get the snack box that we ordered with the bedding upgrade and the shampoo/conditioner box in the shower was empty, other than that, it was decent.

We didn’t like our room they gave us a free upgrade which was much appreciated. Although we only stayed one night we did have sushi the night of and were worried about spoiling our leftovers.

I was charged a deposit, apart from the Expedia fees. This should be better disclosed. Then, despite being a clean and unmessy guest, Red Roof is keeping for itself about $10 of the deposit, with no explanation. Evidence it’s a hotel for deadbeats and lowlifes, and the staff want in on the action. Would not recommend, will not stay again.

I paid for premium room. It was NOT premium. None of the amenities of a premium room. On top of that the room was full of stink bugs. The clerk argue with me. Then she put us in a room that had no remote for the TV or a ice bucket for ice. The ice machine did not work. I am a regular there and this was the worst experience I ever had there. When I went the next morning and the manager was there she was very unfriendly and knew what happened to me. Not even apology. Will not be returning. I want a refund. No rooms were premium for what I paid for.
