Everything was lovely and beautiful. It seemed that there was an old and chronic problem with the bath tub. It constantly ran at a small stream and you could see where it had worn through the tub surface which left a strong metallic odor in the bathroom

The front desk manager was not helpful. I was ill staying in my room so not to go into public spaces. I ask the front desk to send up hot tea or hot water with lemon. the manager refused stating there is no room service before 5 at night. I could not eat breakfast nor lunch, while I stayed in the hotel. I called multiple times. The answer was NO. I ask for concierge and he refused me. I travel often but have never ran into this problem before. Bad Front desk Manager.

I would love to thank special thanks and appreciation for Andrea and Cyrus from the front disc , Cyrus for their great job and dedication to customers with amazing welcoming and always with great intention to help and resolve issue. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with full equipped. The staff are so nice and lovely ( I wish I could mention every name of them). It was really one of my best stay. The Hotel is in an excellent location with good public transportation. I highly recommended for my family and friends.
