Overall we had a nice stay. The front desk was nice but the bell service and parking was interesting. We wanted to bring our own luggage to the room and they wouldn't let us use a luggage cart. We don't like separating from our luggage and instead had to carry a good amount of stuff up including the baby.

The first night our toilet had to get unclogged. We did not want room service the second day we did not want room service but requested coffee for our room that never came. The third day we requested room service and got back to our room around 5:00pm. Our room was not cleaned.

It would be great if you had more smaller weights for women in the fitness center. We need 8s 10s and 12s. When I was there last, there was 1 5 pound weight. Some dude took the 10s to his treadmill. So three women were sharing one set of weights. Not great. You have tons on weights options for men. Doesn’t seem right!
