Location is great- staff could be friendlier. Our toilet chain broke multiple times in the two nights we stayed and the shower door came off the rails. The first night we stayed the front desk gave us bottled water and the second night we were told “the rules changed that day” and that the water was “only for VIP guests”. There is no central air and the ac constantly, and loudly, turned off and on all night long.

The staff are excellent. The rooms are spacious and I loved the ability to do laundry during my trip. Parking is expensive but probably standard for the US. This should be an Expedia perk!

The staff (especially the evening front desk clerk) were great. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The only down side was that Hyatt parking was double the price than the lot around the corner.

Generally it is a good hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Staffs are gentle. However, I felt that the air conditioning HVAC was too loud like someone is using hair dryer in the room or airplane is flying nearby. I turned off the AC before going to bed and the room was still.

Good breakfast reasonable price. Good location easy to metro. States onsite parking but only optioned they offered us was valet parking. Pool room echos badly and its very difficult to hear anything in there. Some clean towels were alreay wet so unclea if they were used/dirty or moist from the humidity.
