Close to Foggy Bottom/GWU and Dupont Circle Metro Stations. Easy Metro Ride from Ronald Reagan Int'l Airport to Hotel. Close 8-10 minute walk to Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom/GWU Shops and Restaurants. Hotel has breakfast and makes cookies for guests. Pool and Gym, washer and dryer available.

Pool isn't in operation year.. The hot water stopped working on a Tuesday..wasn't getting resolved until the following Monday. They did comp Tuesday night and we left wed and went to another hotel which they refunded wed night as well. Still got charged for parking but it is what it is. Elevators also were not fully functional.

Everything was great except we were nickel and dimed on everything (room fees, parking). The hotel price was also misleading and came in over $120 listing on Expedia. I recommend confirming pricing with hotel before booking

The room was clean but smaller than expected. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was extremely loud. So loud, in fact, that I couldn't hear the alarm on my phone going off on the table next to the bed.

There was not hot water for showers two days in a row this past weekend. The staff at the front desk said the management would be in touch about some kind of compensation, but despite having my phone number and email address, there has not been any communication from the hotel or Hyatt. Will not be staying there again.

Do not stay here

This was not a good stay at all. The amities that are online were not working when we arrived. We were without hot water our entire 3 day stay. We were booked to stay another night but decided to leave after getting yelled at by the front desk worker when we called to tell her our TV in the room would not work. She said we were trying to get something for nothing. I told her that was not true bc I was not even complaining about there being no hot water for over 24 hrs. We asked for the hotel manager to call us about our concerns but she never did. Save yourself time and money, do not stay here.

no hot water the entire time, 2/3 elevators were broken, no bartender on new year's eve, and extremely rude staff. i'll never stay there again i could've had a better experience at a super 8 motel

Forced $50 valet. Waited outside for over 5 min and valet never came. Parked in adjacent garage and got locked in for 30 minutes. Called hotel reception for assistance and was ultimately hung up on. Reception was busy flirting when we came to desk to check in.
