Enjoyed our stay once we checked in and enjoyed proximity to the Wharf River walk area. However, the valet parking was hard to find as Maps GPS system kept taking us to front door in a no automobile restricted zone and signage was hard to spot. Front desk friendly and helpful. Valet attendant was not helpful and offered no assistance as to how to get luggage into hotel. Should have had carts available at drop off. Lovely free breakfast.

Great hotel and great location! We stayed here with our kids and it was great that everything was walkable or just a quick Metro ride away. A great assortment of restaurants around as well.

Great place to stay if you’re seeing a show at the Anthem. The breakfast was nice, the room was good. The elevators are odd - a weird pad on the outside rather than inside the unit, but not too bad.

The staff at the property were exceptionally great and gave us a fabulous upgrade for my 60th birthday. The hotel was in good condition and all amenities in working order. The location is also amazing as it was a great area to hang out at in the evenings with loads of bars and restaurants. It was also only about 5 minute walk to nearest museum and not a lot longer until you reached the Mall. Loved it

Great for couples on a budget

We were able to check in early with no problem. The room was clean and perfect for a couple. The fitness center was pretty well equipped, and the complementary breakfast was solid. It’s an awesome location. The valet was professional and easy to use, and the front desk was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely excellent staff,. Dee at the bar to Lala at the front desk to the manager Ocean. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the overall experience was superb. Best hotel Ive ever stayed at.
