Everything from start to finish has been amazing!! Literally starts from the people at the front door greeting you and opening the door for you. The front desk receptionist are awesome, very informative and kind. The building is super clean and has great inside scenery, your eyes will wonder! I will be coming back here.

This past weekend was my 1st time at Hotel AKA & it was wonderful! You would’ve never thought that this property used to be a holiday inn. The staff was extremely pleasant & helpful. The decor was beautiful. I think my bathroom was my favorite part lol. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the area

All the staff are super friendly from the time you enter the hotel to check-in and everything in between. Even the cleaning staff greet you in the hallway and politely offer to clean your room.

Very nice room. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up having to extend our stay by two nights due to illness and the hotel was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel! Great staff, clean, quiet, walk-in shower, nice coffee station, big windows, theater room, great location, wonderful linens, neat features in room, walkable restaurants. Soft towels, cozy robe, excellent mattress and pillows. Need exhaust fan in restroom. Need HVAC redone to omit noisy HVAV box at window.
