Good stay

The hotel was located in the perfect location , walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The restaurant on site was also very good when we didn’t want to go back out after a day of sightseeing. The room was a good size for a couple and even being on the second floor we could not hear traffic or other people staying in this hotel. Parking was easy to find and had exit and enter privileges.The roof top pool and sitting area was pretty cool. The only negative was the BEDS, to us they are absolutely HORRID. I think sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. It got so bad for myself that I had to sleep on the little sofa in our room. If you like rock hard mattresses then you will love it here. Would I stay here again? I’m not sure and that’s only due to the mattresses being so uncomfortable.

Front desk attendant Luis was very helpful and has a pleasant personality. Negative was the the walls are paper thin in the rooms and I could hear everything next door. I was in 712. For the cost, I thought breakfast could have been included. Snack options not very healthy.

The best part of this stay was the location! to be that close to the l'enfant station was invaluable to the efficiency of our stay. The staff was very friendly and prompt when we needed anything. Overall we had a great time and would stay again. The hotel room was nice, good beds and linens, felt clean. The tub and bathroom generally felt a little dingy, not dirty but not super clean due to age factors. The hook on the back of the door was missing and there was literally nowhere to hang a towel.

This stay was great. Upon arrival, the area was very busy and staff at check in were very professional and friendly but seemed stressed at the business, although they were still polite. In the restroom, the little sitting area was coming off the wall. The TV is very limited on ability to stream phone or stream anything.. a little outdated.

The staffs were great, i traveled with my mom and ba y whom is on a wheelchair and they made rhe impossibly to accommodate us. Also our return flight got delayed and they let us do late check out.
