I checked into this hotel because it had a free shuttle and the place online looked spacious. This was not the case at all. Staff were not friendly in fact they were rude, serving 2 customers at a time?? The place was not great at all. After travelling long distance I was looking for comfort and relief not rude and unkind gestures.

The NOMA area of DC is up and coming. However there are not enough good restaurants near the hotel to make it truly inviting especially during a cold stretch.
