We enjoyed our two night stay. Valet was good and prompt. Check-in and front desk service perfect (nice people too). Bar and restaurant was good too. Loved the location as it is close to amazing bars and restaurants as well as the Mall area is a short walk.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location! Directly across the street from a metro stop and a few short blocks to the White House. Safe neighborhood. Great hot buffet breakfast- if you can get the BnB add-on plan, do so! Parking is quite expensive (like most of downtown,) and only valet (guys were awesome!) so if you can avoid bringing your car, that will save you. They also have EV chargers in the garage. Was so nice to have a fully charged car at checkout! Overall, really great week in DC staying here!

We were confused on the parking and called, a woman, Marlene or something similar, was extreme rude. However, Cynthia checked us in and her customer service was outstanding! Cynthia set the tone for our stay. Our room was clean with an awesome city view. The pool was heated and clean. The entire hotel was clean and up to par. Nick assisted us with our room service and was very informative on the menu. My only suggests be to have atleast one more vegetarian option.

The hotel was in a safe neighborhood and had a great staff. We were a short walk from the White House and other attractions. We were very pleased with our stay and would go back again.
